Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of multi‑channel marketing experience.
• Experience in real estate or luxury goods/services preferred.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask.
• Ability to present information to groups and agents.
• Detail‑oriented with strong project management.
• Proven skills in digital marketing, social media, and print advertising.
• Strong creative and production capabilities.
• Familiar with AI technologies relevant to marketing.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local and global print and digital ad campaigns.
• Collaborate with agents to customize marketing materials.
• Guide agents to brand resources for marketing needs.
• Support adoption of our technology platform with 1:1 assistance.
• Create and edit multimedia and print assets for promos.
• Build newsletters, brochures, and postcards using templates.
• Leverage AI platforms to aid marketing efforts.
• Manage projects from concept to completion with the team.
• Streamline internal print production workflows.
• Take on additional marketing projects as needed.
• Present at brokerage sales meetings.
• Work in the office during standard hours.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.
