Compass is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support Virginia real estate agents with project management, strategy, and creative execution. The role focuses on streamlining marketing efforts, aligning output with Compass branding, and collaborating with stakeholders to elevate agent experiences across the region.

The position is 100% in-office at the Arlington location, with responsibilities spanning social media, brand integrity, and regional communications.

Qualifications

• Experience creating marketing content in-house or at an agency.
• Real estate industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Canva and Adobe InDesign to execute design work.

Responsabilités

• Traffic control: manage Zendesk tickets and assign projects based on bandwidth, urgency, and scope.
• End-to-end execution: project-manage custom marketing requests from concept to completion with design oversight and vendor coordination.
• Asset creation: assemble templated creative assets using InDesign and Compass systems, ensuring on-brand quality.
