Colliers in Orlando, FL is seeking an on-site Marketing Analyst to support transaction management, create compelling property marketing materials, and coordinate campaign efforts across multiple platforms.

You will work closely with brokers to manage data, prepare proposals, and update listings while leveraging AI tools and the Adobe suite to deliver accurate, engaging content for clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Finance, or related discipline.
• 4 years of work experience in real estate, marketing, or related industry.
• Experience using AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot).
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro; Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing the transaction process from start to finish, including preparation of marketing materials and data management.
• Create property marketing materials including flyers, brochures, email campaigns, social media content, and listing presentations.
• Prepare and distribute broker email campaigns and marketing announcements.
• Coordinate and edit photography, drone shoots, site plans, and other marketing assets.
• Create and format proposals, presentations and aerials using Adobe and MS Office tools.
• Manage team workflow and delivery deadlines for internal and client materials.
• Assist with prospecting by researching retailers, preparing target lists, and coordinating outreach.
• Occasionally schedule travel for brokers and coordinate logistics.
• Partner with the team on analytical work related to pipeline and deal flow.
• Manage CRM data to ensure accuracy of client, prospect, and tenant records.
• Maintain and update listings across Colliers and major marketing platforms.
