Job summary

Sandia Area Federal Credit Union is seeking a Real Estate Loan Processor to deliver excellent member service while ensuring accurate, compliant processing of real estate loan documentation.

You will work with loan officers and stakeholders to prepare loan estimates, disclosures, and closing documents, order appraisals, title searches, and manage post-closing tasks with accuracy and responsiveness.

Qualifications

• HSD or GED required.
• Two years of applicable experience required.
• Two or four year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process real estate loan applications and prepare disclosures.
• Coordinate with loan officers and stakeholders to facilitate approvals.
• Prepare and review loan documents for closing.
• Order appraisals, title searches, and flood certificates.
• Perform post-closing duties and filing.
