Responsibilities include interviewing applicants, processing and closing loans, posting and reconciling balances, and coordinating closings across branches.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan processing or lending preferred.
• Knowledge of lending practices, loan documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with data processing and internet-based systems.
• Flexibility to work across multiple branch locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct loan interviews and process applications in person or over the phone.
• Prepare and review loan documentation for all branches.
• Disburse and close various types of loans.
• Post loans and reconcile balances at end of business day.
• Schedule and coordinate loan closings.
• Release titles for paid-off auto loans.
• Assist the VISA Credit department with inquiries and tasks as needed.
• Promote credit union products and services to members.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act requirements.
• Provide support at branch offices as requested by management.
• Perform additional lending-related duties as directed by the VP of Lending.
