Responsibilities

• Receives and reviews consumer loan applications for completeness and compliance.
• Processes loan documents per approvals and regulatory requirements.
• Communicates with loan officers and borrowers to gather missing information.
• Prepares and sends loan documents to Members for signature via DocuSign.
• Performs post-closing duties and ensures proper assignment of protections.
• Coordinates with departments to verify tax, title, and license fees when applicable.
• Maintains filing, imaging, and documentation in the document imaging system.
• Supports in maintaining timely loan tracking and status updates.
