Job summary

Heritage Financial Credit Union is seeking a Real Estate Processor to guide home equity and mortgage applications from submission through clear to close. You will ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely processing while collaborating with lending professionals.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and strong communication as you manage disclosures, data accuracy, and SLA-driven workflow in a fast-paced lending environment.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of home equity and/or mortgage processing experience.
• Knowledge of RESPA and TILA guidelines and Fannie Mae processing.
• Experience reviewing loan documentation and working with underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Process home equity and mortgage applications from submission through clear to close.
• Maintain accurate loan data in LOS and review documents for completeness and compliance.
• Prepare disclosures for home equity and mortgage applications within TRID timelines.
• Coordinate with MLOs, FPs, underwriters, and third parties to obtain missing documentation.
• Review, obtain, and submit underwriting conditions to support clear-to-close readiness.
