California Bank & Trust in Irvine, CA is seeking a Real Estate Loan Administrator to ensure accuracy and compliance from loan approval to funding.

You will review due diligence, including surveys, title reports, and settlement statements, and coordinate with borrowers, attorneys, and closers to move loans smoothly. This role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of residential and commercial loan processing experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review loan documents and covenants for accuracy.
• Maintain files for all active and new loans.
• CreditLead/nCino new transaction input and updates.
• Collect and manage due diligence documents for new transactions.
• Monitor and maintain Reg B compliance for new transactions.
• Coordinate loan closings with closers and attorneys.
• Perform post-close checks and clear exceptions before first draw.
• Assist with reporting covenants to ensure loan compliance.
• Process fees related to canceled/withdrawn loans and deposits.
• Submit third-party bids and upload appraisal/environmental data.
