• Admission to the New York State Bar in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, arguing, and responding to dispositive and non-dispositive motions.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Managing all aspects of discovery, including document production, e-discovery, and discovery disputes.
• Preparing witnesses for depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
• Participating in trials, evidentiary hearings, and arbitrations.
• Negotiating settlements and developing practical, business-oriented resolutions for clients.
• Handling matters involving commercial landlord-tenant disputes, lease interpretation and enforcement, contract disputes, property ownership and title issues, construction-related disputes, and other complex real estate litigation matters.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in all phases of litigation, including:

• Drafting, arguing, and responding to dispositive and non-dispositive motions
