Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing.
• Experience in real estate litigation, commercial litigation, construction litigation, land use, or related area.
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Comfortable with client communications and ownership.
• Courtroom, deposition and/or hearing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of real estate and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery and other legal documents.
• Manage discovery, depositions, negotiations, mediations and other litigation-related proceedings.
• Represent clients in court hearings and other litigation proceedings.
• Develop case strategies and work toward favorable resolutions through litigation, negotiation, mediation and arbitration.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts and other relevant parties.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff while independently managing assigned matters.

The practice handles a diverse range of matters involving real estate, construction, land use, zoning, contracts, landlord/tenant disputes, eminent domain, and commercial litigation.

• Handle a variety of real estate and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery and other legal documents

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 - $170,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
