This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who wants to work on substantive matters across commercial litigation, real estate, land use & zoning, and development-related work while gaining exposure to a highly specialized practice.

The firm works on sophisticated matters involving commercial and real estate development throughout the region, giving paralegals the opportunity to support attorneys on meaningful, complex work rather than purely administrative assignments.

What You’ll Do

• Provide litigation support to a team of attorneys
• Assist with discovery and discovery management
• Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation
• Organize and manage litigation documents
• Assist with pleadings, correspondence, exhibits, and other legal documents
• Coordinate and maintain case files and deadlines
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and the firm's paralegal team

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience
• Paralegal certification OR degree in Paralegal Studies
• Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and discovery
• Excellent organizational and document-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
• Commercial real estate, land use, or zoning experience is highly preferred
• Candidates with a strong general civil litigation background are encouraged to apply

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 – $100,000 Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
