A Pennsylvania law firm in Exton, PA seeks an experienced Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice. The role handles sophisticated real estate and commercial disputes with meaningful responsibility and direct client interaction throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing.
• Experience in real estate litigation, commercial litigation, construction litigation, land use, or related area.
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Comfortable with client communications and ownership.
• Courtroom, deposition and/or hearing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of real estate and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery and other legal documents.
• Manage discovery, depositions, negotiations, mediations and other litigation-related proceedings.
• Represent clients in court hearings and other litigation proceedings.
• Develop case strategies and work toward favorable resolutions through litigation, negotiation, mediation and arbitration.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts and other relevant parties.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff while independently managing assigned matters.
