Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• 1–3 years of experience practicing at a law firm.
• Experience in commercial litigation, business disputes, complex civil litigation, product liability, or related areas.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing, or willingness to sit for the Pennsylvania Bar at the next available opportunity
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support a diverse litigation practice involving complex business disputes and commercial matters.
• Work on high-value litigation alongside seasoned trial lawyers in a collaborative environment.
• Assist in all phases of litigation from inception through resolution.
• Contribute to mass tort and multidistrict litigation matters when applicable.

• Complex commercial litigation
• Business and shareholder disputes
• Breach of contract claims
• Breach of fiduciary duty matters
• Fraud and business tort litigation
• Consumer protection and unfair trade practices claims
• Product liability litigation
• Mass tort and multidistrict litigation matters

Qualifications

Required:

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• 1-3 years of experience practicing at a law firm
• Experience in commercial litigation, business disputes, complex civil litigation, product liability, or related areas
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing, or willingness to sit for the Pennsylvania Bar at the next available opportunity
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills

Preferred:

• Judicial clerkship experience
• Experience handling sophisticated litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Prior exposure to product liability or mass tort litigation

The salary range for this position is $235,000 - $260,000 annually
