Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Associate Attorney - Foreclosure in Boca Raton, FL to develop or expand experience in foreclosure litigation and default servicing. This full-time role offers the chance to work closely with experienced attorneys and firm leadership in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

You will manage Florida foreclosure matters, draft pleadings, conduct legal research, and prepare for hearings.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to timely work.
• Professional communication skills.
• Comfortable with case-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Florida foreclosure matters from referral through final disposition.
• Draft, review, and file complaints, motions, affidavits, and other pleadings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on foreclosure and creditors' rights issues.
• Prepare for and appear at hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings.
• Review borrower answers and assist in developing litigation strategies.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Work with paralegals to ensure files progress accurately and timely.
• Review title reports and assist with resolving title defects.
• Assist with post-judgment matters and client reporting.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and firm policies.
• Assist with Georgia foreclosure matters as appropriate.
