Job summary

The Roni Haskell Team is seeking a Listing Coordinator in Charleston, SC, to act as the quarterback of listings. You will work with agents, the transaction coordinator, marketing, and clients to ensure flawless execution from appointment to closing.

This is much more than an administrative role. You'll become the quarterback of every listing, ensuring every detail is executed with excellence from the initial appointment through closing. You'll work closely with our agents, transaction coordinator, marketing team, and clients to create a seamless, five-star experience every step of the way.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary:$50,000-65,000 based on experience

• 25% referral commission on buyer and seller leads that close (per team guidelines)

Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

• Some weekend availability for open houses and client needs
