Responsibilities:
  1. Track your performance, set monthly goals, and work with a coach to achieve your business objectives.
  2. Meet with buyers and sellers, educate them on the process, conduct consultations, and guide them through closing.
  3. Show homes, write offers, negotiate contracts, and support buyers through inspections and appraisals.
  4. Prospect weekly via calls, texts, social media, and in-person outreach to grow your pipeline and follow up with prospects not yet ready.
  5. Deliver compelling sales presentations and persuade clients to work with you.
  6. Resolve small problems quickly and strategize on more complex issues.
  7. Call leads and follow up with prospects promptly and proactively.
Qualifications:
  1. High sociability and comfort in meeting new people and working through others.
  2. Confidence in selling ideas, negotiating, and achieving consensus.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Strong follow-up habits, organized, responsive, and consistent with CRM use.
  5. Willingness to prospect and engage your sphere weekly to build your pipeline.
  6. A growth mindset, openness to feedback, and adaptability.
  7. Professional presence, punctuality, and a solutions-oriented attitude.
  8. Availability to work some evenings and weekends.
  9. Active Georgia real estate license and at least 1 year of experience or a strong sales pipeline.
Compensation:

$100,000+ annually, commission-based.
