Job description

Do you want to work with more Sellers? I have a listing referral for you. My name is Sarah Reynolds, CEO of EmpowerHome, and I have a seller referral opportunity. We currently have an overflow of seller appointments and are looking for agents to join us and service these clients.

These sellers come from our reverse prospecting lead generation efforts, vetted by our inside sales team, resulting in booked appointments. We generate over 1000 seller leads weekly, and our team makes offers to secure appointments. Agents who take these appointments need training on how to convert them into sales, which we provide weekly.

Last week, each agent received 2-3 listing appointments, but we need more agents to keep up with demand. This is a tremendous and urgent opportunity for you! We have an overflow of listing appointments, and I encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

1. Meet with motivated Sellers, determine their needs, and assist throughout the selling process.
2. Maintain consistent weekly contact with clients.
3. Apply lead follow-up systems to grow your sales pipeline.
4. Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
5. Host monthly team open houses; leads are assigned to the hosting agent.
6. Work within the CRM workflow system and keep your calendar updated.
7. Participate in Academy Sales Training and weekly sales meetings.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent.
• Full-time availability.
• Technologically proficient.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Driven, self-motivated, and eager for professional growth.
• Proven sales success preferred.
• Organized with good time management.
• Strong negotiation and networking skills.
• Positive attitude with problem-solving abilities.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ annually, commission-based.
