Qualifications

• Experience with real estate licensing a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and deadline management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of license applications, renewals and amendments.
• Monitor expiration dates and deadlines to prevent lapses.
• Maintain audit-ready licensing records in Lincoln's system.
• Coordinate with state real estate commissions and brokers.
• Assist onboarding by verifying license status and sponsorship transfers.
• Track license activity, escalate bottlenecks, generate reports.
