Qualifications

• Administrative office experience in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Professional communication via telephone and email.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Typing speed of 65+ wpm and versatile computer skills.
• Must provide writing samples showcasing writing style.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall administrative-level support to the practice group.
• Contact clients via phone and email to obtain missing documents.
• Perform e-filing in support of unlawful detainer cases.
• Draft notices, letters, and stipulations for unlawful detainer cases.
• Make calls to court for processing of trial matters.
• Request trial dates and prepare files for trial.
• Review leases, legal forms, and correspondence for detail-oriented information.
• Communicate with clients to obtain missing information and follow up on case status.
• Assist with case intake by data entry with high accuracy.
• Sort and distribute mail and perform other duties as assigned.
