Our Irvine office seeks a qualified, highly motivated Associate Attorney to join our fast-paced team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is willing to take on a broad range of transactional and litigation matters covering both business and real estate. This role requires strong analytical and writing skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services to our clients. We are a client-centered firm and looking for an Associate who enjoys interacting with clients daily and able to form long-term business relationships.
Compensation: $125,000 - $175,000 Annually (DOE)

This is a full-time, exempt position. Standard hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The firm offers an in-office/hybrid work model for select positions, with onboarding and training conducted in-office as required.
