Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Real Estate Lease Admin to join its growing Real Estate team. The role supports post-lease documentation and lease agreements, interacting with legal and operations teams.

Based near Austin, TX or Lombard, IL with a preference for HQ work 2–3 days/week; travel is less than 10% as needed. This position helps manage the ABC real estate portfolio and related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Assoc or Bachelors degree and related work exp.
• 2–5 years real estate lease admin or paralegal exp.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Google Mail.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Real Estate with post-lease documentation.
• Review and interpret leases; assist in notices and estoppels.
• Interact with legal, operations, AR, and external vendors.
• Draft lease notices and reimbursements; support best practices.
• Attend meetings and training; perform other duties as assigned.
