Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Austin, TX is seeking a Real Estate Lease Admin to join ABC’s growing Real Estate team. This role reports to the Sr.

Director and supports post-lease documentation, estoppels, SNDA, and notices, with a hybrid work arrangement and a preference for candidates based in Austin. You will manage leases for a multi-site portfolio, coordinate with legal, accounting, and operations, and help implement best practices.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of real estate lease admin or paralegal experience.
• Experience with multi-site real estate portfolios.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Real Estate with post-lease documentation.
• Review estoppels, SNDA, notice letters, and assist with lease payments.
• Review leases and provide lease interpretations.
• Coordinate with legal, operations, AR, and external parties.
• Draft lease notices to landlords regarding obligations and reimbursements.
• Assist in development and implementation of best practices and procedures.
• Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and trainings as needed.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
