Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Lombard, IL is seeking a Real Estate Lease Admin to support post-lease documentation and lease management. Hybrid work is possible; preferred to be based in Austin, TX but Lombard base is the hub.

You will work with the Real Estate and Legal teams to ensure timely lease payments, notices, and interpretations while coordinating with accounting and other operations partners.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree and related work experience.
• 2–5 years of real estate lease admin or paralegal experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Real Estate with post-lease documentation.
• Review leases and provide lease interpretations; apply negotiation playbook.
• Communicate with legal, operations, accounting, and external parties.
• Draft lease notices and support in post-lease administration.
• Attend meetings and assist in developing best practices.
