Action Behavior Centers in Austin, TX is seeking a Real Estate Lease Admin to join our growing Real Estate team. This role will manage all active leases, assist with post-lease documentation, and support negotiations and notices while reporting to the Sr.
Director and Head of Real Estate. The position may be remote/hybrid, with a preference for candidates based in Austin who can work 2–3 days per week from our headquarters.

The Real Estate Lease Admin will become a foundational member of ABC’s new and growing Real Estate team. This position will report directly to ABC’s Sr. Director and Head of Real Estate and together with the rest of ABC’s New Center’s and Legal team they will support the ABC mission, to provide high-quality ABA services to as many patients and their families as possible, as soon as possible. This position may be remote/hybrid, but ABC prefers candidates to be based in Austin, TX who are willing to work from ABC headquarters 2-3 days per week. This role will be primarily responsible for the database management for all active leases along with supporting all post-lease signing documentation and administration functions.
Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 salary
Pay Range:$65,000 - $70,000 per year
