Join a top-ranked law firm in Miami as a Real Estate Joint Venture Associate within its Corporate practice, working as part of a small, specialist team focused heavily on sophisticated real estate joint ventures.

This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney looking to specialise in Real Estate JV work and build deep expertise in this area, rather than working across a broad, generalist real estate practice.

The team advises sophisticated institutional investors, private equity funds, developers, family offices and operating partners on complex, high-value transactions. Associates work closely with experienced partners and benefit from strong training, mentoring and meaningful responsibility from the outset.

What You'll Do

• Advise institutional investors, private equity funds, developers, family offices and operating partners on sophisticated real estate joint ventures
• Structure and negotiate complex real estate JV transactions
• Draft and negotiate JV agreements and related transaction documents
• Advise on partnership and LLC structures
• Work on sophisticated real estate investment structures
• Work directly with partners and clients on high-value transactions
• Take meaningful responsibility on complex matters
