The Role

The attorney will advise clients across matters including:

• Property dispositions.
• Purchase and sale agreements.
• Development transactions.
• Commercial leasing.

• Financing and loan documentation.
• Title and survey review.
• Entity and ownership structures relating to real estate investments.
• Coordinating transaction closings.
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
• Working directly with developers, owners, investors and lenders.
• Managing transaction workstreams with increasing independence.

The Candidate

Candidates should have:

• At least 3 years of sophisticated commercial real estate experience.
