You will represent institutional investors, developers, and operating partners, advising on partnership and governance structures while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The hybrid Miami role requires strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with a focus on high-value deals.
Pay: $300,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
Location: Miami, FL. This is a hybrid opportunity with meaningful flexibility. Attorneys are expected to maintain an active presence in the Miami office, but there is no fixed number of required in-office days.
Note: Candidates must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission and have 3+ years of sophisticated transactional experience, including experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex real estate joint venture agreements and related transaction documents.
