This in-office role is ideal for rising juniors or seniors studying Real Estate, Finance, or Business, with strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or related field.
• Strong interest in commercial real estate and investor relations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively while managing assigned responsibilities independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining investor information within our investor database and CRM systems.
• Assisting with quarterly and annual investor reporting, including investor statements and other communications.
• Organizing and maintaining investor files, subscription documents, and other fund-related records.
• Assisting with investor communications, including capital calls, distributions, and other investor updates.
• Reviewing investor documentation for completeness and helping maintain accurate investor records.
• Supporting internal reporting and tracking investor commitments and capital raised.
• Assisting with documentation related to investor transactions and account updates.
• Collaborating with the Investor Relations team on day-to-day responsibilities and special projects.
