Job summary

Grubb Properties is seeking an Investor Relations Intern in Charlotte, NC for an 8-week summer program. You will support the Investor Relations team with database management, reporting, filings, and investor communications while gaining exposure to fund operations and investment terminology.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a real estate, business, or finance degree with strong communication and Excel skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, or related field.
• Strong interest in investments, real estate and investor relations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investor Database Management: maintain investor contact and account information.
• Investor Reporting: assist with quarterly and annual reporting and investor statements.
• Investor Documentation: organize and maintain investor files and fund-related materials.
• Investor Communications: help prepare investor letters and communications on capital calls and updates.
• Account Support: review investor documentation for completeness and accuracy.
