Responsibilities

• Loan sourcing: learn sourcing of real estate development loans, underwriting.
• Loan closing: assist in loan closings and coordination.
• Financial analysis: evaluate project performance and prepare cash flow analyses.
• Asset valuation: assist in appraisals and valuation techniques.
• Team collaboration: support finance team and ensure reporting compliance.
