Responsibilities

• Support Leasing Teams: assist with all aspects of leasing, including greeting prospects, tours, and compliance with Fair Housing and ADA.
• Marketing and Social Media: create and schedule posts and assist with marketing strategies.
• Resident Relations: support resident relation programs and community outreach.
• Operations Experience: assist with rental collections, inspect vacant apartments, move-ins and move-outs.
