Job summary

Life Care Services-US is offering a Real Estate Investments Co-op Internship in Des Moines, IA. This full-time, 6-month program runs May through December and includes hands-on projects with direct impact and a final presentation to senior leadership.

Interns will gain exposure to the organization, its operations, and the senior leadership through mentorship, training, and shadowing opportunities while contributing to meaningful real estate and budgeting projects.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a college/university program related to Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or Business Analytics.
• Strong MS Excel and reporting skills are required.
• Experience with ad-hoc reporting and analysis is preferred.
• Exposure to budgeting and forecasting is beneficial.
• Hands-on professional work experience is valued.
• Mentorship and senior leadership exposure are offered.

Job description

The Real Estate Investments Co-op Internship is a full-time, 6 month program (40 hours per week) running from May through December. Interns will gain hands‑on professional experience by contributing to meaningful projects that have a direct impact on the business. The program will conclude with a presentation to the senior leadership team, highlighting both the project outcomes and the overall internship experience. Throughout the summer, interns will also gain broad exposure to the organization and its operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university programmajoring in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related degree program.
• Strong background in MS Excel, and reporting.
• Background in ad‑hoc reporting, and analysis preferred
• Exposure to budgeting and or forecasting beneficial
• Hands‑on experience in a professional environment
