Job summary

The Real Estate Investments Co-op Internship at LCS is a full-time, 6‑month program (40 hours per week) from May through December. Interns will work on meaningful projects and present outcomes to senior leadership, while gaining exposure to the organization and its operations.

We seek students in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics with strong MS Excel skills and a background in reporting.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program related to Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics.
• Strong background in MS Excel and reporting, with ad-hoc reporting and forecasting experience preferred.
• Hands-on professional experience or internships that demonstrate practical application.

The Real Estate Investments Co-op Internship is a full-time, 6 month program (40 hours per week) running from May through December. Interns will gain hands‑on professional experience by contributing to meaningful projects that have a direct impact on the business. The program will conclude with a presentation to the senior leadership team, highlighting both the project outcomes and the overall internship experience. Throughout the summer, interns will also gain broad exposure to the organization and its operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university programmajoring in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related degree program.
• Strong background in MS Excel, and reporting.
• Background in ad‑hoc reporting, and analysis preferred
• Exposure to budgeting and or forecasting beneficial
• Hands‑on experience in a professional environment
