• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective inspectors.
• Assign inspections based on proximity, experience, and availability.
• Coordinate scheduling with inspectors, clients, and the appraisal team; leverage CRM processes.
• Manage inspection logistics and client communications; handle changes and issues.
