We’re seeking a seasoned Lead Inside Sales Agent to convert 1,000+ monthly leads (Zillow Flex, Realtor.com VIP, etc.) into appointments.

You'll leverage calls, texts, email, and AI follow-up systems to grow database sales. Strong performers have leadership advancement opportunities as we continue scaling our high-performance multi-city real estate team.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and nurture a growing database of buyer and seller prospects to maximize long-term conversion opportunities.
2. Proactively engage and convert leads through phone, text, email, and AI-driven follow-up systems to generate qualified appointments for the sales team.
3. Collaborate with team leaders and agents to provide timely updates and ensure smooth client handoffs.
4. Mentor and support junior inside sales agents as the team grows, with potential to move into a leadership role.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
