Bryan Realty Group is seeking a driven real estate professional to join as a Production Partner, working alongside co-owner and broker Michael Bryan to grow an established business and deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee real estate license is required.
• Experience in prospecting, consultations, listing presentations, negotiations, and the sales process.
• Proven ability to build relationships, connect with diverse personalities, and convert opportunities into clients.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate seller and buyer opportunities through databases, platforms, open houses, networking, referrals, and targeted markets.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients and past clients through consistent outreach and referrals.
• Manage front end of the listing process: research properties, prepare listings, address objections, negotiate terms, secure signed agreements.
• Qualify opportunities, conduct consultations, communicate our value proposition, and convert prospects into clients.
• Collaborate on pricing and marketing strategies, then transition to Listing Coordinator after an agreement.
• Maintain accurate records in Brivity CRM and report on prospecting efforts and production.
