Qualifications

• Active Nevada Real Estate License required.
• Strong desire to build a long-term real estate career.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to new leads, client inquiries, and opportunities.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and lead-generation activities.
• Set, confirm, and prepare for buyer and seller appointments.
• Show properties and provide a high-level experience for buyers.
• Host open houses and convert attendees into future opportunities.
• Assist the lead agent with servicing existing clients and active opportunities.
• Communicate proactively with clients throughout the buying and selling process.
• Follow up after appointments, showings, open houses, and client conversations.
• Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and follow-up plans within the CRM.
• Identify client needs, anticipate potential issues, and proactively bring solutions.
