Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Real Estate Representative to identify and secure restaurant locations and relocation sites for Texas Roadhouse and Bubba’s 33. The role is based in Louisville, KY and requires strong financial analysis skills and real estate experience.

You will manage market penetration for assigned states, coordinate with operations, brokers, and developers, and lead lease negotiations through permitting and construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on real estate experience.
• Experience in development, permitting, design, finance and leasing.
• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, real estate or economics; MBA/ MS a plus.
• Strong financial analysis, including discounted cash flow and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new restaurant locations and relocation sites.
• Develop and execute market penetration strategies for assigned states.
• Coordinate with operations, brokers, and developers on site selection and plans.
• Lead lease negotiations, permitting, and construction oversight.
• Provide investment analysis and pro-forma modeling for sites.
