Baker Tilly International is seeking a senior Business Development Director focused on Real Estate, responsible for accelerating growth across Tax, Assurance, and Consulting in an assigned territory. You will build and expand client relationships with developers, owners/operators, REITs, and private equity; collaborate with practice leaders to shape GTM strategies and drive industry initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Real Estate-focused industries or supporting these sectors in professional services.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience selling or delivering tax, assurance, and/or consulting services within Real Estate environments.
• Excellent sales skills and a proven KPI track record.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship and travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and manage a client-facing pipeline—lead/own/participate in client pursuits.
• Represent the firm and its services to the Real Estate ecosystem.
• Co-develop a territory sales plan and report progress weekly.
• Craft clear, concise value propositions for services and solutions.
• Lead sales techniques to integrate services across lines and geographies.
• Maintain knowledge of service offerings to influence decision-makers.
• Grow relationships with new and existing clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Own accounts and manage strategic relationships.
• Drive the use of industry-specific systems and GTM activities.
• Innovate and grow the real estate practice through collaboration.
• Maintain CRM documentation per firm protocols.
• Achieve closed business deal goals and forecast accuracy.
• Follow up on leads from campaigns and leadership campaigns.
• Collaborate with other BD leaders for integrated GTM.
• Perform account planning and research to optimize penetration.
• Lead outreach with marketing for appointments with COI.
