Baker Tilly is seeking a senior Business Development Director to accelerate growth across the firm's Private Client, Tax, Assurance, and Advisory practices. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities within the Private Client sector in an assigned territory, while building and expanding strong client and referral relationships.

The position requires deep knowledge of tax planning, estate and trust matters, family office operations, and succession planning,

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 10+ years of experience in Private Client, Family Office, Trust and Estate, Wealth Management, Private Company Advisory, Tax Advisory, or related industries, or in professional services supporting these sectors.
• Demonstrated understanding of wealth transfer planning, estate and gift taxation, trust and fiduciary matters.

Mansioni

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Private Client sector in an assigned territory.
• Build, manage, and expand relationships with client and referral networks across the Private Client ecosystem.
• Collaborate across service lines to shape go-to-market strategies and drive growth initiatives.
• Maintain CRM discipline and accurate opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed annual revenue targets and contribute to firm-wide growth.
