Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year real estate funder/post-closer experience or 2 years real estate lending experience.
• FHA lending experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Balance real estate transactions and verify accuracy.
• Board loans into servicing system.
• Disburse funds per loan disbursement date.
• Process payoffs and HUD binders.
• Resolve disbursement discrepancies with teams.
• Prepare and review closing documents for compliance.
