Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years mortgage processing experience or 3 years real estate lending experience.
• FHA lending experience and Encompass experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process loan applications for accuracy and compliance.
• Verify documents (assets, income, credit reports) and prepare for underwriting and closing.
• Coordinate with underwriters and title companies; schedule closings.
• Maintain HMDA records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as primary point of contact for members, vendors, and team members.
