Newmark is seeking a finance-focused professional in New York to build detailed real estate transaction models, evaluate cash flows, and prepare client-ready analyses and visuals. The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and the ability to manage multiple complex assignments with accuracy.

You will review leases and transaction documents, conduct due diligence, and create concise summaries for leadership and clients. A 1–5 year background in real estate finance or consulting is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop detailed financial models to evaluate prospective real estate transactions, including projected cash flows, occupancy costs, sensitivity analyses, lease-versus-buy comparisons and GAAP impact analyses.
• Develop charts, tables, graphics and other visual materials that effectively illustrate financial and operational data.
• Interpret financial results and prepare clear, concise summaries that communicate key findings, assumptions and recommendations.
• Create PowerPoint presentations for business development pitches, strategic assignments and ongoing client requests.
• Review leases, proposals and other transaction documents; summarize key business terms, financial provisions and potential areas of concern.
• Conduct tenant, building and market due diligence in support of transaction and portfolio assignments.
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
