Newmark Group is seeking an Analyst / Associate for its New York office within the Debt, Equity & Structured Finance team. This role involves preparing pitch materials, financial modeling, and client communication in a fast-paced environment.

The Newmark Debt, Equity & Structured Finance is looking to bring on an Analyst / Associate to join the New York office. The group is comprised of a deep team of real estate investment banking professionals from various real estate equity and finance backgrounds. The Analyst / Associate will be joining the preeminent team in the market, that has executed on over $180 billion of transactions since 2019.
The Debt & Structured Finance team is focused on the placement of debt and equity capital for commercial real estate investors. The team focuses on property and portfolio/platform level transactions across all property types, including office, retail, industrial, residential, hospitality, data centers and alternative assets throughout North America. Analysts / Associates are involved in every stage of a transaction including underwriting, market research, property tours, preparation of pitch materials and offering memoranda, marketing of transactions, term sheet negotiations, closings, and client meetings and events. The position will be based in-office and work in a high-energy and fast-paced environment.
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $175,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (deferred cash, equity, etc.).
