Qualifications

• Associate will conduct and manage transaction due diligence, draft and negotiate loan documents and ancillary transaction agreements.
• Experience with construction lending, bridge financing, mezzanine financing, intercreditor matters, loan syndications, or CMBS-related transactions is highly desirable.
• The practice offers substantial client contact and early responsibility on complex, high-profile matters across multiple asset classes.
