Considine Search is seeking a Mid-Level Associate for their Real Estate Finance group in New York or Miami. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in transactional real estate, either in real estate finance or commercial real estate, representing lenders and/or borrowers. Additional experience in due diligence involving title insurance and related documentation is preferred. Qualifications

The New York and Miami offices of a powerhouse, global, law firm are seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join their Real Estate Finance group. Candidates should have 3-5 years of transactional real estate experience (either real estate finance or commercial real estate) representing lenders and\/or borrowers. In addition, experience with customary due diligence review and analysis (including title insurance, survey, corporate formation documents, SNDAs, and construction documentation) is a plus.

Candidates must be an active member of the New York or Florida bar.

Compensation

Compensation: $235,000.00-$365,000.00, plus bonus. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the firm’s pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
