About the Position:
We are working with an established international Am Law firm headquartered in Chicago that has an active need for a real estate finance lawyer (3-5 yrs) to join its busy practice as a mid-level associate. This practice represents Fortune 500 companies, lenders, borrowers, tenants, owners, and investors in a range of real estate finance transactions involving an array of properties. Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in both private and public markets in a range of real estate finance matters
· Represent lenders and investors in construction, permanent, and mezzanine loan matters
· Assist with acquisition and disposition closings for retail, office, warehouse, and industrial spaces
· Negotiate commercial leases
Required Qualifications:
· 3-5years of real estate finance experience including acquisitions, dispositions, and closings
· Experience representing investors and lenders in permanent, construction, and mezzanine loan transactions
· Experience negotiating commercial leases (industrial, warehouse, retail, and office)
· Excellent academic credentials
Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $240,000 – $280,000.
