Position Description:

Our client is seeking a Real Estate Finance Attorney with 3-5 years of experience representing lenders and investors in permanent, construction and mezzanine loan transactions in areas such as health care, auto, commercial, office, multifamily, retail and industrial properties. Candidates should also have experience closing acquisitions and dispositions and negotiating commercial leases for office, retail, warehouse, and industrial facilities. Strong academic credentials are required. Candidates should be admitted to practice in Illinois.
