A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced real estate attorney for a mid/senior-level associate position in Chicago. The practice offers a diverse range of real estate legal services representing various industries, recognized for its commitment to diversity and inclusion.
About the Position:
We are working with a national Am Law 200 firm that has an immediate need for an experienced real estate attorney to join its nationally recognized practice as a mid/senior-level associate (depending on experience) in Chicago. This practice has a national reach and represents clients from an array of industries in real estate leasing, litigation, land use, construction, acquisitions and dispositions.

Responsibilities:
· Handle a variety of real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, financings, leasing, zoning and land use, and asset management
· Represent institutional investors, lenders, private equity firms, developers, start-ups, health systems, renewable energy companies, and franchise companies
Required Qualifications:
· 5 or more years of experience with commercial real estate transactions
· Interest in working in a variety of areas of real estate law

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $230,000+.
