Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop complex Excel models to analyze real estate developments.
• Prepare market analyses and monthly project variance reports.
• Collaborate with finance teams to update divisional business plans.
• Identify process improvements and automate reporting workflows.
• Produce cash flow proforma and run sensitivity analyses.
